This is Dubrovnik from the top of the mountain - the top picture of this cluster has our ship - the royal clipper in the center.

August 14 Dobrovnik - not our favorite place mainly due to the numbers of people and having a slightly artificial feel to the town - ie more touristy and less genuine. Still beautiful - but the best part are the scenic views from the cable car/gondola ride.

These are all from Kotor, Montenegro - our favorite place of the cruise. For HitchHiker's Guide to the Galaxy fans - Slartibartfast did a great job here - he liked fiords and this is the southernmost fiord in Europe - just unbelieveably gorgeous entrance. The town is old and cobblestoned. There are newer parts with casinios and we had one of the best meals at the waterfront there.

More of Capri - with the sunset

Capri - although pretty - was overall not a very pleasant experience - the sunrise was wonderful - and the scenery was very nice but the crowds and people were unpleasant enough to make it a less desirable place to be

A Roman swimming pool - panorama of our boat at Ponza - then more of Ponza - the fisherman we had a ride from was great and non-english speaking - but very pleasant experience
