No butterflies in the sunflowers - but plenty on this plant . . . a butterfly bush. The beauty of the butterfly is working to calm the preflight jitters. Bags are packed and ready to go - so many bits of songs flood through my head when I am trying to thing of something to write . . . Ann LaMotte (I am reading her book about writing called Bird by Bird) she talks about a radio station called KFKD - (you say K then the rest) - needing to hypnotize yourself to stopped the station from playing through your head.
