Two more days before the big adventure. The morning bike ride was full of images that make this neighborhood and special place to be.
A heron in our pond; some wild hibiscus reflected in Tavern Creek; a second heron in Swan Creek looking for and then taking home somebreakfast; sheep in the meadow at Springfield Farm, and a muskrat - I think...
I will try to update the blog as regularly as I can as we go on our adventure to Italy in a couple of days. It will start with Rome on August 5. I will post other pictures of the neighborhood prior to that time.
I tried to fix the duplicates and the misplaced captions, but was unsuccessful.
